Funding Our Future

Private Funding Opportunities at the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation, Inc.

Jamestown Settlement visitors

Private support for special projects has been helping to fulfill the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation’s educational mission for more than three decades. As the Foundation looks to the future, a highly successful public-private partnership will remain critical to our ability to meet audience expectations and to evolve in innovative and imaginative ways. Recent events have encouraged us to find new ways to tell the stories of our nation’s beginnings in a more dynamic and inclusive way.

As we look to the future, we have the opportunity to create a new vision for the Foundation and its museums and we invite private donors to be part of this exciting time. Ground-breaking initiatives are underway which will help set the stage for the Foundation to become a more robust, nationally-recognized center of teaching and learning. For more information about how you can participate in this next chapter of our organization’s history, contact the Development office at giving@jyf.virignia.gov or (757) 253-4139.
