With the completion of an 80,000-square-foot building, the Yorktown Victory Center reached a midpoint milestone in its transformation into the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown. The new building opened to the public on March 10, 2015. The education center, ticketing and gift shop, American Revolution timeline, and café patio are pictured above an image of the building entrances and flag court. Work continues on construction of permanent exhibition galleries and production of a new introductory film for the museum theater, as well as development of outdoor amenities and an expanded Continental Army encampment and Revolution-era farm.
