Groups of All Ages
Whatever the age level or interest of your groups, the combination of gallery exhibits and living history at Jamestown Settlement and the Yorktown Victory Center is ideal. The museums are wonderfully suited for self-guided visits, guided tours and hands-on history educational programs. See Group Programs for further details.
Your groups will see hundreds of unique artifacts in the museum’s exhibition galleries. Costumed historical interpreters in the outdoor living-history areas are on hand to answer questions and involve visitors in everyday activities of the 17th and 18th centuries.
A group consists of 15 or more paid visitors using one form of payment. Group admission rates vary based on program selected.
Be sure to allow a minimum of two hours at each museum, and additional time to view a film and for meals, travel-related necessities and the gift shops, which feature an excellent selection of reproductions, publications, educational toys and games, and souvenirs. Visitors can dine at the Jamestown Settlement Cafe or pre-order meals for pickup at Jamestown Settlement or the Yorktown Victory Center.
