• Facilities support personnel scheduled by Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation are included in basic fees above. If additional personnel are required, an additional fee may be charged.
• Hour limit includes set-up/clean-up time. Set up may begin ONLY after the museum closes. After 5:15 p.m. August 16 to June 14 and after 6:15 p.m. June 15 to August 15. Site must be vacated by organizer by 12 midnight.
*Additional Fees (two hour minimum): $35 each/hour for interpreters and A/V tech support.
Additional Security [two hour minimum] $35 per hour each: One security officer per 400 adult attendees; one security officer per 200 teenage/youth attendees; additional security officer when gift shop remains open.
+ Outdoor Area includes access to interpretive sites using the exterior entrance and terrace/patios/
walkways/mall and use of designated staging area and restrooms. Planning must include inclement weather arrangements.
++ Indoor facilities include access to contracted space through the lobby or education wing breezeway, adjacent patios (not the mall), and use of designated catering kitchen/staging area and restrooms.
+++Adjusted 20% special donor pricing. Donor must be current in one of the following categories: Annual Fund Donor of $2,500 or more; major gift donor; corporate circle member or Legacy Society member. JYF, Inc. must confirm donor eligibility. State Agencies receive the same special pricing as donors.
